Matt: Damp and drizzly conditions will continue to filter down across many areas of the British Isles this evening and overnight with some extensive low cloud and hill fog in the north and west. Driest conditions will be across SE England. A mild night as warm sector conditions arrive from the west.

Matt: Much of England, Wales and Scotland remain predominantly dry, albeit with a lot of cloud but with some cloud breaks too, especially E England where there are some sunny spells. Light or moderate, rain or drizzle is widespread though across Ireland and will move into W Scotland and Wales in the coming hours.

Matt: Fair start for most, quite chilly with some slight frost in places too. A case of east is best today, while the west is wettest with some light rain and drizzle across western areas of the British Isles, while fine weather, with some sunshine persists across eastern areas of England especially.

Matt: Rain moves into Ireland and other western areas of the British Isles overnight, but with much of England, Wales and E Scotland having a dry night with clear spells and quite chilly with some frost expected, especially across more eastern areas of the British Isles where skies are clear for longest.
