Showers in central Europe, warm Mediterranean


Friday
Further heavy showers in northern Spain on Friday. The rest of Spain and Portugal should be dry with sunny spells. Fine too in the Balearics with more sunshine to come here. Heavy and thundery showers in Italy and Greece. The thundery showers extending into Turkey.
France will be mostly dry with sunny spells, although some showers in the west and south. Fine for Germany and the Low Countries with more sunshine in western Poland too. Eastern Poland will have cloud and rain, and this extends into Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland.
Fine weather in Denmark with more sunshine here. Plenty of sunshine for the Baltic States and Finland. Some showery rain developing in eastern and northern Sweden. Heavy showers in central parts of Norway.


Saturday
Rain in northern Spain today. Southern areas should be drier and brighter with sunshine. The Balearics may see an odd thunderstorms. Scattered storms developing in Italy although generally dry here with sunny spells. Heavy showers affecting Greece, again some thundery. A few thunderstorms in Turkey too.
Cloud and some showery rain in western France with some thundery showers elsewhere. Further showers in the Low Countries and the western parts of Germany. Mosty dry in Poland with sunny spells. Heavy and thundery showers for Switzerland, Austria and Hungary.
Cloud and some spots of rain in Denmark. Patchy rain in western Sweden but dry in the north and east. The Baltic States and Finland should be dry with some sunny spells here. Norway should be mostly dry with further spells of sunshine.
