Thursday
Rather cloudy in the north and west of the UK and Ireland on Thursday morning. There will be outbreaks of rain and drizzle affecting mostly the hills and coasts in western Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Brighter to the east and south with sunny spells. This afternoon stays damp in western areas, eastern regions will have bright spells and some sunshine too. Highs around 18C in sunnier parts of southeast England, 12C on western coasts.


Thursday Night
Plenty of cloud overnight, especially to the northern and west. There will be some low cloud and drizzle affecting western coasts and hills too. Areas to the east and south will be dry and there could be a few clearer spells too. Lows at 5 to 9C.

 
 
 


Friday
Pressure is high over the south of the country on Friday. A weakening warm front passes east and this is likely to be bringing a fair amount of cloud. There will be some low cloud and drizzle on western and southern coasts and hills. More eastern areas should have more broken cloud with some bright or sunny spells developing. A warmer day with temperatures rising to 12C in western Scotland, 16 to 19C for most.


Saturday
A ridge of high pressure remains through the UK and Ireland on Saturday. Western and southern coasts and hills may have low cloud and drizzle with hill fog. More eastern areas are likely to be brighter with good spells od sunshine. Highs at 12 to 14C on western coasts and hills but to 22C in southeast England.
